Dr. Ebrahim Akhondi is a highly accomplished engineer with over 20 years of experience in water treatment, environmental engineering, and sustainable technology development. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) in Chemical and Environmental Engineering in Australia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by PMI.
With a strong background in research and innovation, Ebrahim has authored over 20 peer-reviewed papers with more than 1,000 citations and holds five granted U.S. patents, demonstrating his ability to develop cutting-edge solutions for environmental challenges. His expertise spans the design and optimization of advanced water treatment systems, including ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO), membrane bioreactors (MBR), and water recovery technologies.
As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Hydrodyna, Ebrahim leverages his technical expertise and strategic leadership to deliver sustainable, high-performance water treatment solutions for both households and industries. His commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability drives Hydrodyna’s mission to provide efficient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly water treatment technologies.

Hanif Barazandeh is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years of expertise in chemical processing, industrial production, and water treatment solutions. He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and is accredited by Engineers Australia.
Hanif has successfully launched a benzoic acid and sodium benzoate production plant, developed advanced pesticide and fertilizer production lines, optimized lithium battery recycling processes, and designed specialized water treatment systems for industrial and medical use. His expertise spans process design, plant commissioning, and operational optimization.
As Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Hydrodyna, Hanif applies his technical knowledge and leadership to develop innovative, high-performance water treatment systems that meet industrial and household needs. His commitment to sustainable solutions drives Hydrodyna’s mission to provide efficient and environmentally responsible technologies.

Kunal Pai is an qualified entrepreneur and agricultural professional with over 35 years experience in agriculture , water harvesting and water management . He holds a Master of Science Degree in Agriculture and General Management qualifications.
He has extensively travelled to over 100 countries and has good knowledge about water harvesting and water management in different geographies in the world.
He is also well connected to new technology companies in Europe , USA and Canada for water treatment. He is technical and commercial advisory to Hydrodyna with special focus to household and community water management solutions.

Dr. Saeid Rajabzadeh is a renowned expert in the fabrication, characterization, and application of polymeric membranes for water and wastewater treatment. With a specialization in polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane development, he has played a key role in advancing hollow fiber and flat sheet membrane technologies to enhance industrial water treatment processes.
With over 20 years of experience spanning the Middle East, Japan, Singapore, and Australia, Saeid has been at the forefront of membrane innovation, developing cutting-edge solutions for water purification, wastewater reuse, and industrial filtration systems. His work focuses on enhancing membrane performance, particularly in antifouling properties, durability, and efficiency, ensuring longer-lasting and more sustainable filtration solutions.
Saeid’s expertise extends to optimizing membrane structures, improving system design, and tailoring advanced membrane technologies to meet the needs of diverse industries, including municipal water treatment, desalination, and industrial wastewater management. His dedication to research-driven innovation and practical application has made him a leader in the field, driving Hydrodyna’s mission to deliver high-performance, cost-effective, and sustainable water treatment solutions.
